friendly staff tasty breakfast small room inconvenient stairs
the staff was super friendly. the breakfast was good and tasty, it had many options. the hotel have good location and close for transportation. its a lovely hotel.
the room was too small. the entrance door had direct access to stairs, that was inconvenient. i didnt liked the room.

excellent stay near the port
métro station spacious room modern bathroom
the hotel is easily accessed from the métro station the station importantly had escalators our room was spacious and clean we booked a superior room the ensuite bathroom was modern it included a wonderful shower i enjoyed the guest lounge it is a great space to have a drink or work remotely from it includes lounge seating and tables
the hotel staff was blunt and unhelpful when i complained about the heat the heating was on full i was given a fan and the staff left our windows open i was bitten by insects during the night

the breakfast cook was lovely cooking eggs to order he warmed up croque monsieur nothing was too much trouble the staff offered excellent tips to enhance our touring of south of france they were warm and cute

comfortable beds equipped kitchen helpful staff
The beds were comfortable. The kitchen had all necessary equipment. I appreciated the option to leave bags at reception before apartment check-in. The staff was really helpful. Each member I interacted with were excellent, so attentive.
The room cleaning could have been better.

The location is excellent. I was just steps away from public transit. The old port was also easily accessible. There were many restaurants and shops nearby, which I liked!!!

the staff upgraded me to a beautiful double room harbour view. it had a great view. the location is ideal to walk around to major landmarks. i found the room spacious and clean

great breakfast friendly staff central location
My stay included a great breakfast. the staff were helpful and friendly. the hotel's location is central, right in the vieux port. free water with lemon was available. I found this quite refreshing after exploring.
the room i was in was a bit smaller than i expected based on the photos online.
